CHLOE A. CURTIS joined HPSS Law as an Associate in August 2026. She earned her Juris Doctor with high honors from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor for the University of Baltimore Law Forum. Chloe also brings prior experience as a law clerk in both Texas and Maryland.

Chloe completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in International Business.
